Right now I'm looking into getting new plugs and wires and was wondering what is better for plugs the e3's iridium or the NGK platinums?

Honestly I doubt you will see much difference between the 2 other than cost.. Performance wise they are about the same..
Passenger rear one will try your patience for a LONG TIME, Trust me... You may need to have 2 swivels handy, or someone that is triple jointed, with very small fingers..

E3 plugs are great, I know Loggie has some in his and they give him so much better gas mileage than mine.

do any of you guys know what kind of diff it makes to the AV like MPG and accel and response?

I just put some NGK TR55's in my Av. Gapped them at .058 or .060" Runs happier. No MPG gains as I can't seem to keep my foot off the gas pedal. I will try to give it another tune and bump up the MPG soon.
