What's Up With MSN Auto?

All they did was add the gas estimates. ?They did not included any of the vehicles that the EPA had in their list ie the Dodge RAM and Ford.
Just looked at the site now... yeah it is nuts. Sounds like they didn't want to pay an intern to go re-research the list again. Poor journalism in my book.

Gee, I think I have seen exactly 1 ethanol pump in my whole life (and I am in my mid 40s). Maybe it is used more in some parts of the country but I'd have to say the bulk of the country never sees E85.

I hope someone in GM's brand marketing is looking at this and protesting it. It is a very unfairly slanted story.

I just took a look at the "updated" list from MSN Auto. What a disappointment! What is the point in admitting a mistake publicly if you're not going to fix it? The list still includes the same vehicles even though they state RIGHT ON THEIR SITE that the numbers were based on a different gas type.
Well, all I can say is that this type of ridiculous journalism should probably give people a clue as to what Microsoft's attitude is in general. Don't fix something, just "bandage" it. Is it any wonder that their OSs require almost daily "critical security" updates?
I think we should propose the REAL top 10 list and send it off to them. I wonder what they would say to that?
