I love Toby Keith, I?m going to see him tomorrow night at the rodeo, but I wish he wasn?t a Ford spokesperson. You have to admit that it is a good marketing plan by Ford to get Toby Keith.

Chevy could use a country singer pitching their trucks too as trucks and country music just go together.

Whom would you like to hear as a spokesperson for Chevy?

Guess I should go first as it is my survey. ?I vote for George Strait. ?His song Run has the lyric ?Take a truck, take a Chevy? and that would be a great line in a commercial. ?He is still one of the kings of country music and like Chevy trucks he has staying power.

George Strait used to be a spokesman for Chevy when Alan Jackson was doing the talking for Ford.

I think Chevy shoudl go with Shania Twain - Oh yea!!! Man she would make me want to buy anything she is selling!!!! ;D

Shania Twain >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D

Hell, why a country singer? I would vote for Bruce Dickinson, Geoff Tate, Rob Halford....

Jamie, thinking Chevy should up the bar by using a rock/metal god as their singer...

OK Who voted for Chris LeDoux ??

I thought I was the only Chris LeDoux fan on the board.
He is a Chevy man and would be a great spokesman but is not as well known as all the other country stars who have copied him. ;D

Well make us a poll on rock/metal then, I vote for James Hetfield.

Well, a few years ago Alan Jackson was singing a Ford song in many Ford commercials around here. I don't remember seeing them anywhere else.

I think it'd be great to see him come over to our side for once!

If I must go with country....Garth Brooks is the man or Alan Jackson just to slap Ford in the face. I think a good band/song would be GodSmack-I stand alone?

dday

I'd say...either George Strait, Chris Ledoux, or Garth. I'd say they're the ones with more clout ....but i'm a fan of all of them...

Paisley is a very talented fella. Old Rugged Cross remake is excellent.
