which hotchkis sway bars do i need??

hey all i hav an 04 base avalanche that is lowered 2/4 (belltech drop)...i wanted to know which Hotchkis sway bars i need exactly(front and rear). part numbers and/or website would be greatly appreciated here. i know i need specific ones cuz of the lowering, just need to know which ones exactly...thanx guys!
