Whistling From Vents

I just noticed a high pitched whistling when I have my vents turned on. If I hit the gas or the brake it goes away. But it will stay constant if I'm coasting. Could I maybe have a hose loose somewhere?
 
This could be something else,some AV's have a humming from the driveshaft and they put a damper of somekind on it(to fix).One way or the other it looks like a trip to the dealer.
