Who has the fewest miles on their 02 AV?

I, like several others, thought I had low miles. Purchased 6/02, currently at 13,900 miles.

My daily driver is a 1992 Grand Caravan with 185K on it, it looks bad but I'm keeping it until it dies or starts nickel-and-diming me to death! It's the ony reason I don't have 30K plus on the Av.
 
I picked mine up 9/15/01 fresh off the truck from Mexico. Mine never even saw the dealer's lot. I have a little over 33,000 miles on it. I drive it everyday. When we go somewhere as a family, we take the AV. My wife's truck, an '01 Dodge Durango a.k.a. "the lumber wagon", stays in the garage. She only has 28,000 miles on it and drives further to work than I do.

How do you leave your AVs aty home. Can't stay out of mine.

Puchase my 02 new on 2/03 and have 31,000 miles on it. I love this truck!!! :love:

So far very few problems, just an alternator and new u-joints. Still running original brakes :eek: still plenty of meat there
Gotta love the new ceramic pads

I agree... When the 02 was taded in the pads were still beefy @ 61+k .... what a great truck :love: :love:

That's good to know - however, the brake performance is certainly not the best feature of the Av....
 
I passed 12,000 Saturday :eek: truck will be 3 years old June 27. :B:

Egads! Reading all of these I'm wondering if I'm abusing my Av. :eek: I have more miles on my truck than GBT and it's an 04 that I picked up at the end of June >:D

My '02 AV: 32,000 miles ;D
My wife's '02 Taurus: 15,000 miles! :eek:

Can you tell which one we drive more often? >:D
 
Well I am up to 42K already, 20K was put on in the 12 months.. :p
 
Just a different point of view, guys, but "fewest miles"?

Kinda funny when ya think about it, I mean, after all, we DO have these very prestigious AV's to drive around in ! :rolleyes:

BTW -- my 04 purchased new 8-29-04 only has 1599 miles ;D :B:
Guess I don't go too far either, so who am I to talk? ;)

Chevy can have my AV back when they pry it from my cold, dead hands
 
the thread had been around for a while, and was generated I think bacause of the Most miles thread.. :D
 
106753 Made first payment 9-10-01. Just put on 2nd set of tires, and brakes all around. Think I had the first around here.

The trips to Niagara Falls, Indiana, and to NH bumped mine up some.
Still lower than most. :rolleyes:
 
OK.... bought my :B: 02 AV 1 month ago... have 60064 on the OD...
it had 58967 when i bought it...... I drive the heck out of it cuz i LOVE IT.. :love:
 
my hubby's '02 has @17k and my '02 has @22kmiles... not bad, but we drive them both equally... (y) in all fairness, neither of us are the first owners on them... he got his w/ only 4k miles on it last december and i got mine in august w/ 19k on it i think... LOVE THEM !
 
I've got 31547miles on mine. One of the reasons I got the big block was "I only drive 9000miles a year." on my old truck. Been driving the Av way more than that! :rolleyes: ;D
 
I bought a used 02 in January of 04. I had 5200 miles at the time of purchase. Carfax said it was originally purchased in October of 02. It now has 10,400 miles which averages 420 per month.
 
I purchased my 02 NorthFace on July 6 2005 in Florida with 29,000 miles, now Im in New York(Albany), 4 months later- 42,000---must be those Long Island Trips.
