I finally figured out how to burn my first WMA CD. I played it last night going to work and I am impressed. You must have a HU that will play WMA files. I only recorded the CD at 96khz so it may even get better. I put 222 songs on one cd-r. How many hours of music is that? I figure about 12 anyway. I plan on making another one today so I will have 2 cds I have to carry with me instead 20 something different ones.
I recorded the WMA files to my hard drive using Roxio 5.0. This took up approx 575mb memory. I then used Adaptec Easy CD creator to burn the WMA files. You have to make it as a data CD but it works perfectly. I probably could have done it all on Roxio but I am not very familiar with it yet.
I have been listening to this on my Pioneer 8400 HU that some have recommended. Nice unit I must admit.
