Mrs. WVAV, I got you down.  The "host" cabin is now full.
Maybe a second cabin can be filled up. ???
 
Well....I've got some bad news.  RCHeliguy and I are going to have to cancel on this.  We'll be heading to Chicago with Little One.  (We're heading out to look at a perspective college she's interested in.)

We'll miss you all terribly!!!  Sorry....  :cry:

I can't believe that I have not seen this up until now. I have notifications turned on for WV threads.  :E:

I will discuss this with the Mrs tonight. I am 95% sure that we will be there.  :D (y)
 
We are in (02 Z71 + Joyce). Let me know if there is still room in the host cabin or if I need to maybe reserve another cabin.

I just called and asked about pets in the cabins. They have a couple of two bedroom cabins and one four bedroom cabin that is pet friendly but it will cost you. Here are the prices for the pet friendly cabins:

2 bedroom cabin - $110/night plus tax + $40/night per pet for the first night ($80 for 2 pets) + $10/night per pet for the second night ($20 for 2 pets) + $50 security deposit that is refundable after the cabin is cleaned for a total of $391.80 tax included ($50 refundable)

4 bedroom cabin - $156/night plus tax + $40/night per pet for the first night ($80 for 2 pets) + $10/night per pet for the second night ($20 for 2 pets) + $50 security deposit that is refundable after the cabin is cleaned for a total of $494.84 tax included ($50 refundable)

So bottom line is if you brought 2 pets for 2 nights it would cost you an additional $100 + the $50 refundable deposit  :eek:

I also asked about the cabin cancellation policy they said their policy is a full refund minus a $20 fee up to 30 days out but they are very flexible if an emergency comes up.

There is one room left in the host cabin, but I have offered it to BnGBleeder.
If he does not take it, you are welcome to it.
Or if you want to get a second cabin, that is OK too.
 
It does not appear that there are going to be enough people to fill a second cabin at this point in time so I will probably go ahead a make a reservation at the lodge since I can cancel that anytime up to a couple of days out
 
Going to Just reserved a room at the lodge since I have not heard from anyone about the possibility of reserving another cabin  :wave:

Just saw this, but wanted to say that we won't be able to make this either! That is Spring Break for us and I am taking the boys to Disney while Bub stays home and works. (out of vacation time). Me at Disney with 3 teen boys....what was I thinking??  Oh yeah, that we are going to have a BLAST! we miss you all and can't wait to see you again!!!!  :love:

Are grills available at the cabins? If so I will bring my normal burgers, buns and fixings.

Twin Falls offers 14 vacation cottages. Ten cottages have two bedrooms and are suitable for four people, two have three bedrooms and are suitable for six people and two have four bedrooms and are suitable for eight guests.

The cottages are secluded on a heavily forested hilltop. Of modern design, the cottages feature stone fireplaces and electric heat for year-round comfort. Televisions are provided but channel selection is limited. Bathrooms are modern with shower facilities. The cottages are completely furnished for housekeeping with basic appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, linens, towels and blankets. Popular for summer vacations and winter retreats, the cottages are convenient for reunions or weekend getaways in spring and fall.

Dogs and cats are permitted in designated cottages, call for reservations with pets.

I would really like to see all you again but it isn't going to work out for me.  I have another injection for my back scheduled on the 5th and I will be pretty much limited to staying around the house for acouple of days.  Hope you all have a good time.  Maybe, if you have time, we can meet up somewhere on your way home Sunday for lunch.
 
Why does this have to be so far away??? I liked when we did a few small regional's  :needhug: haha!

Besides the east coast ain't got no love for Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and 07HrlyHlr hahaha! sorry I say that with anything ever related to me going to the east coast and if you didn't follow early 90's West Coast rap you won't have a clue lol
 
We're booked for a lodge room Friday and Saturday night. We won't be there until late. I gotta come all the way from Morgantown and I don't get finished with classes until about 2:30. Can't wait to see y'all.  :love:

Regretfully we are not going to be able to make this one,and boy we could really use it about now. We, I mean Gwyn and I doing most of work, are in the middle of a full blown kitchen remodel and originally it would have been done in time but there were delays.Unfortunately my mother got sicker and passed on and that set things back around 3 weeks.
  I know we could really use some time away with our Avy friends but as of now my guess has us seeing everybody at Nationals in July...never know hopefully it will be sooner but just going to have to play it by ear.... We had a great time at last year's event and I know you all will miss my song unless Ian puts it on his play list !! Looking forward to seeing everyone again....
