damn.... I just got back from my road trip and I ran into some "unforeseen circumstances" with work and at home.... I hate to say it guys/gals but I won't be able to make it to the WW this year. Those that know me, know that I am really bummed about this. I have been bugging Melanie for months about it and had recently finished off a bunch of new MODS for the event. Man, this sucks  :E:

My only hope is that I might be able to make it up for a day. But even that is iffy since I might have to leave town again.

I hope you all have a great time and take lots of pics!!

ReefnAv - Man, Sorry!  Hope you can make it for the day.  Even if it's just Sunday after everything is done.  I know I won't be hurrying out first thing Sunday AM so maybe we could make it a breakfast??
 
Otherwise, I'll be on my way Thursday - should be there mid-evening (6-8pm ish).  Let me know who else will be there Thursday and we can catch up for Dinner.

Worked on fixing a major mod today.  Got another one planned for tomorrow.  Looking forward to seeing you this weekend.

ohhh this is the post you were talking about  :laugh:  I tried a search, but couldn't find it  :D.  But you're right we won't be able to make it for sure.  After this weekend, Ebru's 'condition' was bordering a hospital visit.  She's good right now, but can't say what she'll feel like a day or two from now  :love:

I'm sure you'll take some great pics of the GTG!  Please tell everyone we said hello!  (y)

I was looking forward to meeting you Jeff hope you can make it one day any way.

Ro you have to take care of Ebru and the angels. I will miss seeing you two for sure but this is far more important then any gtg. All the best to you both .

I will be there late afternoon Thursday God willing and the creek quits rising.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I am still going to try and make it for a day...I should know in the next souple of days....we'll see!

I'm bummed that I won't get to see the Pearl!!!
 
This just in... The Teksavy gang can't make it. I'm so pissed. We have been moving a lab room of 500+ servers from one location to another and it isn't going well. I thought I would be able to head out Friday afternoon, but now in addition to the 14+ hour days I've already been working, I have to work Saturday and possibly Sunday in order to make the lab work in time for a major release. I'm really bummed. I was looking forward to seeing everyone. And boy do I need the break. Next GTG. Please take a lot of pics for us and play a poker hand for me.

:cry: :cry: sorry to see the list dropping. Going to miss those not coming but the Pearl is polished up, gassed up and being loaded right now for an early AM departure.
There might be only a few of us rolling but I know we are going to have a blast.

Jeez!  Even when I don't do anything, I get in trouble!!  :rolleyes:

Sorry to see the list dropping out.  Even my wife can't make it because she couldn't get the days off (but I'm still coming!)  My dad is coming with me and 1 daughter.

Talked to the hotel today.  They are going to mark off a section of the parking lot for us - out towards "The Ultimate Thrill" park across the street - look for my AV.  Appearantly, there is also some extreme car show thingy going on at the same time, so we might be able to get a look at that too.

I'm all washed/waxed/loaded up too.  I'm all gassed up  >:D , but the AV needs fuel - will get that on the way out tomorrow morning. 

Rochelle is there also - but for the Rodeo - no AV.  She's going to try and track us down one of the nights.

Umm...BTW...YOU leaned up against the Av and left the tattoo...it was of your own free will... :p

On another note...yeah...bummed at loosing 3 Avs so far (ReefnAv/RoarinRow/TeksAvy)

But we are gassed (both the Av and our attitude) Detailed
and ready for an early AM departure as well
Should be in Reno by 2PM or so...
