xm delphi placement

Man not sure if this is the right place but I will try here

Going to have my delphi skifi mounted and installed tommorow

was wondering where you guys put it?

I'd like a good spot where i don't have to look down at it and squint to see the display like in my last truck

Was considering the A pillar on top of the dash.. anyone else have good location suggestions or even pics? thanks

In front of the square cubby hole. Put a hinge on the bottom of the mount so it'll swing down like a door. A magnet or catch latch on the top to hold it..

Well, that was just a thought anyway...

Are you talking about the one from xm.com ?

I've been SERIOUSLY considering buying one of these... I'm curious about the quality and value of the unit .

Who has one and how has your experience been?

As for that placement it's a little low was hoping to go higher easier to read the display
