Xm radio

I just bought a 2007. When I tried to transfer sirius radio over it still says no xm signal. According to customer service it should be working. I'm wondering...replace radio? Or antenna? Thoughts?

Is it a factory head unit? Does it display XM? Should be getting audio when tuned to XM. Is the tuner hooked up? Is the antenna hooked to the head unit? Tuner is behind the glove box.

Displays " no xm signal" im assuming its all hooked up. I have not attempted pulling it out myself.

Also it does appear to be factory install

I would pull the unit and trace the antenna cable to the tuner...to see if it’s all connected.
