Youngest AV Driver

Got my avalanche when i was 16, invested everything i had into the thing so here i am today. Ill have to post some before/after pics. She was a real shitbox when i first got her . Lets just start with the before , because i dont have a recent enough picture of it , always on a new project #OCD ON THE CHEV

PROPS!! Buddy that's what I did dude and I love my avalanche and treat it way better than any other teen drivers well because I payed for it and I pay for replacement parts and upgrades and Inshurance and gas but I was working a lot but I blew the tranny bout a week ago so one of them is coming in and next weekend I'll be swapping them I want my baby back!

Props! My parents pitched in 2k on mine but I payed the other 6k and every dime since has been mine even the tranny

I bought mine when I was 15 only a couple months before 16 but I use to get to drive it with my permit
 
Got my bone stock Avalanche when I was 16. I am now 17 and have had the truck a little over a year. Dad took the loan out, I make the payments. I work 30+ hours a week while being a full time student, along with any and all work I can get on the side. I am a Michigan State Certified Technician, so it helps with the cost of maintaining my truck. I have a 2004 Avalanche that just clicked over 223,000 miles, and still running strong.
 
I am currently 16 years old and I bought my first truck an av a couple weeks ago and was just told about this club a few days ago. I have a 2003 silver av z71 with about 134,000 miles on it. :B:
 
:welcome: guys! My ole girl is an 09. Got her when I was 16 from my mom and dad. Was lucky enough for them to give it to me. I took over the payments from day one and havent looked back. Busted my butt to pay off the last 10k and was finally able to do that this may so shes paid off! currently she has 95,5xx miles as of this morning. When I got her she had 42,xxx miles and I will be 19 in october. So shes been on the road a good little bit. I figure she will be around 97,xxx at the time of my bday. So I will have been putting on just under 13,000 miles a year on her.
 
i got mine at 16 (about a week before), i didn't pay (paying my grandpa payments now) and im not the title owner because it is  whole lot cheaper on insurance. when i get a steady job i will finally be able to start paying for both

Welcome to the club MikePinckney! My parents bought our 02 when I was 14. I joined the club and I have been hooked ever since. We upgraded to an LTZ Black Diamond in 2013. I am 27 now and looking for another AV just to have around!
