Rear air-assisted load-leveling

What is rear air-assisted load-leveling?  or air ride.  Can someone tell me what it is and how it works.
I have it on my 07 LTZ.

I think if your like UM....pulling something heavy with some tongue weight it will pump up some air bags ....to keep your AV leveled out. 

Just my dumb guess .......wonder if I'm WRONG AGAIN!!  :laugh:

Yep WB....your guess is right on target.....and, I will also add that is works very, very good! :love:

In addition, erhalt1, the front shocks are electronically monitor at 20 milli-second intervals to adjust the valving according to road conditions, speed, steering angle and a few other items.


I love my air ride, my air ride, I love it!!!


Did I mention how much I love it?
