Okay, I don't have a custom dashboard yet, but I'm interested in seeing what others have done with theirs.

Gauges....knobs....lights....switches...screens.  What have you done and how did you do it?

We have a 2004 and I'm looking at adding a dual battery, lights and maybe navigation to our truck this spring and need ideas on how to do it nicely and cleanly.  Would love to see what others have done to give me inspiration and ideas for my own job.  Plus it gives you a chance to show off your handy work....whether you did it or had a shop do it.

I updated the title to include the console where the cubbies and controls are located.  So not exclusive to the dashboard.

Here is something I did on my '02 that i no longer own.......I had a purple theme.

Okay, that is pretty cool!  (y)

Is it metal that you had painted?  I wonder how Sunburst Orange would look to match our truck?

Yes it was a stainless steel bezel inlay that I painted myself. Links here:

I have been wanting to do something unique to my dash. I like how the escalades of the same gen have a more square dash... I think that's where I am going to start

All new stepper motors, LEDs, Pioneer stereo, phone cradle & leather wrapped steering wheel.

Sorry about the crappy picture. I'll have to get a better one.

That night shot with the flames is pretty cool!

How did you do the red dash?
