I was hoping someone here has had a similar issue and can help me fix it. I had some stainless LS performance headers that I put on my avalanche to top off an engine rebuild. When I took the exhaust manifolds off I realized the the passenger and drivers side flanges to the exhaust were different sizes. The passenger flange was somewhat of an equilateral triangle 3-bolt flange and the driver side was a skinnier 3-bolt flange. Now to the headers. The bolting flanges on the headers are both the same size but don't fit either side of the stock exhaust flanges. Is there an adapter or a cheap way to join the headers and exhaust and still be able to use these headers that mount perfectly to the heads?
