Intermitant Clunk when shifting

I have an '06 1500 Z71. I had the tranny rebuilt and upgraded to 4L65 E specs by (who i was told) is one of the best shops around and i have no reason not to believe this. Yep I'm going to pay them a visit this week... but I want to be able to talk like I got a clue ya know... so here goes...

It clunks up shifting, down shifting, around corners (I thought it was the rear non-slip G 80 rear axle) but not always.

Ideas?

Drive shaft slip joint
Any of the u joints
any suspension connection point bushing or lose bolt

        I should have mentioned that i replaced the U joints last winter, they are tight. I hadn't thought of loose anything, I was under the front end last winter and replaced all except the what ya call it on the steering gear box; opposite the idler arm.
I will look for loose/missing stuff though; Thanks!
