Hummer Wheels

I?m picking up a set of Hummer wheels. I missed a set some time back. With Chevy caps.
The seller stated he had this done. So where would one look for a shop to do this.

A shop to do what. ??

The stock hub caps are held on by the black covers that screw down on the wheel nuts.

But if you use the rear wheel spacer the Hummer hub caps work.

After seeing this I looked and could not find any Hummer wheels like this.
So are these knock offs, do like theses.
