Grab handles

My son broke the inside enrty handles for the back seat, anyone know if these are available aftermarket, dealer thinks they are gold plated.

 
May want to check junkyards or eBay. Never seen aftermarket handles but may be able to use Suburban handles or some similar model GM vehicle.
 
The grab handle to help lift up into the truck or the door handle?
