David Tracey and Kristin Lee of Jalopnik toured a salvage yard in Michigan when they stumbled upon a first generation Avalanche and he went nuts and proceeded to demonstrate all the great Avy features and basically says GM was nuts for cancelling it.  His love begins around the three minute mark.  https://jalopnik.com/here-are-the-coolest-cars-we-found-in-detroits-most-fas-1840974237

Nice to see the love for the AV!
Just wish GM did a better job of marketing the AV when it was out.....probably should have trained the salesmen and dealership managers as well about all the features. I remember having to demo the features to the salesman when I got my 2004 since he wasn't that familiar with the AV...... :B:
