DVA & CD player inop

I'm a new owner to a 2013 Chevy Avalanche BlackDiamond Edition and I find the DVD and CD player are not reading the disk. I'm assuming the head is out of alignment or something with that. Any experience with this and possibly a vendor in the Pacific Northwest to possibly do a repair?  Thanks in advance.

Unit repaired, found a penny in DVD mechanism. $519 later it works like new. This company repairs all OEM radios.

Ouch! How'd the penny get in there? And did you ship it, and they fixed it all within 3 days?

$519? You could have bought a really good (modern) head unit and install gear for that price.
