Intermittent battery light

This is my first time ever having this issue my alternator is giving off 13.98 volts and the volt guage stays at 14 but my lights dim in and out radio shuts off and all of it points to a bad alternator but this is my 3rd one in 2 weeks also replaced the battery and the problem stays the same and doesn't stop everything acts like it has low voltage but the voltage at the alternator and battery stay at 13.98 while running and using the windows and climate controls any help would be much appreciated

Possibly a bad ground? Have you checked voltage when operating the windows or the other times that the battery light is going off? Could be a faulty fuse somewhere along the line?

Figured out the issue I had damaged wires to the BCM and was causing a short
