Front Bumper mount to Skid Plate - 2003 WBC

I was changing my oil and realized my front bumper (2003 Avalanche w/Body Cladding) wasn't attached to the skid plate.

I can't figure out if I'm simply missing some nuts/bolts or some spacers of some sort as well. Can't find a good photo or diagram.

If I'm remembering correctly, those are just some 15mm bolts.

There is a tube with provisions for mounting bolts from the bumper to the skid plate. If you are missing the tube you need it to mount the skid plate.

I got some 10mm bolts that are 1.5mm x 25mm. The front skid plate mounts to the right side of the tube with those but the left side need a much longer bolt to go through the tube.

What I'm seeing is a pretty significant gap between the skid plate and front bumper bracket that seems too big to be directly attached to the skid plate and front tube.

The dealership was no help other than the side of the bolt, which turns out to only work on one side.
