Niagara Site gone??

I just tried to goto www.avscruiseniagara.com and it is NOT working, its telling me the domain is not found...  Anyone else having this problem?
 
....to paraphrase what I was told ,

.... the site costs money.... and the number of hits/month didn't justify the money spent for now.... but it will be back up in the near future!  (y)

I hope I got this right... If I have not, the person who relayed the info to me can feel free to correct me.  (y)
