Rust on left rear fender at the top front corner of the wheel opening.

I have rust breaking out in the upper front corner of my rear fender (2003 2500).  Does anyone know a company that makes patch panels from this area?  I have not been able to find this panel.

Good luck...In the process of rebuilding my wheel arch and in front of the rear wheels. Both sides are pretty much non existant due to rust. Noone makes patch panels for these trucks. Only the whole quarter which will cost you almost $2,000.
