Founded January 10, 2002 by David H. Obelcz, the Chevy Avalanche Fan Club of North America was created to bring together Chevrolet Avalanche and Cadillac Escalade EXT enthusiasts to share their advice, knowledge, adventures and their common interest and passion in all things Avalanche and EXT.

Since this website's inception on January 15, 2002, it has become the ultimate destination for all things Avalanche and EXT.

With production of the Avalanche and EXT ending in 2013, the Chevy Avalanche Fan Club of North America has taken on an even greater importance by providing an invaluable resource to keep these amazing and unique vehicles alive. The community can only hope that one day General Motors resurrects the Avalanche and EXT. You hear us GM!?
