Carne Asada GTG?

Hey guys, how about all of us local KC AV'ers GTG in about a month for a BBQ GTG at one of our fine lakes? I only know how to make carne asada (Mexican BBQ for tacos, burritos, etc) but am sure the lot of you can make a mean burger, ribs, etc. I only need about 2-3 weeks to recover from my sons Baptism this weekend.

You would be very welcome at any of the NM GTGs. Carne Asada is standard fare down here.

We would love to get a tasts of a Midwest version.

It's really hard to get everbody on the same wave length. Due to different work schedules, etc. It took me awhile to realize this. I got very frustated when we tryed to get the 2nd KC GTG organized, and only Jbru and I showed up.

If you really want a GTG going, start a new thread with a new topic like: KC GTG in (JUNE, JULY, AUG?) and PM Tdybr27. I think he's still the K.C. area co-ordinator.

Every once in awhile we can bump the thread and get more people to see it.

KC attendence isn't very much.... 1st GTG I think we had 6 AV's, 2nd we had 2 and the 3rd we had 3 and one of those was from the Springfield area.... we can keep trying tho....

I know I am a BIG culprit what with my family growing from 3 to 4 now. Maybe if we try a raffle or something to spark a little more interest?
