TBC 2A fuse blowing with key turn

Ok so I have a 2005 Avy with no dash lights…I found a blown TBC2A fuse so I replaced it… as soon as I turn the ignition switch it blows again…any help where to start or possible causes would be greatly appreciated

Yep replaced it with 15A fuse .. I pulled the entire dash and unplugged almost everything .. as soon as I turn the key .. pop!

If you unplugged the BCM also, look for frayed wires in the steering column.

Maybe look under the circuit board in the main fuse box for critter damage.
