Anyone install their leveling kit themselves? do i really need to swap drivers and passengers struts? i have the skyjacker kit and it says after the spacer is installed you swap the 2 sides. doesnt seem necessary but whatever. just wondering
 
i just put spacers in mine. it raised the front about 2". looks great and rides fine.
took me about 3 hrs to do both sides and this was taking my time.
 
I did mine with the help of a couple members.  Don't need to swap the struts, but do need to twist the mounts as they get turned 180 degrees clockwise.  (What was nearest the engine on the struts now becomes the outside.)

I went with 2-1/2" in front, 1" in back.  2 guys and 2 jacks can get it done pretty easily in 2-3 hours, longer if you have more beer.  Pretty easy to do.

where did you purchase your spacers?
