2-3 drop with 305/45/22?

even with out the drop you will have major rubbing... talk to loggie because he is facing the same situation right now with his truck... he is looking to get 305/40/22... but you will still rub with that tire size... i went with 265/35/22 with 3.5/4.5 drop

I have 305/45/22 with a belltech 2/4 drop.  You can hear some rubbing on some turns in the rear tires...which is why I trimmed some of the plastic in the wheel well...helped a bit but not all.  I also try to take all turns slowly, which is why my next mod is gonna be hotchkis sway bars.  Overall, it's a great mod that I would do again...I wouldn't worry too much with the tire size..

Thanks for the advice, and hope to hear more. Just ordered my wheels today. I have not lowered it yet, but I wanted to soon. It is an 03 WBH if that matters.
Thanks again, this place is awesome for info!! :D

wbh shouldnt rub with those tires on a stock truck. i dunno about dropped, but i will let you know soon when i put my 3/5 in... lol

I have 305/30/24's and they rub...

the 305/45's have a larger diameter than stock tires.  I'm not sure if they'll rub, but you have a better chance of them not rubbing on a WBH than on a cladded.

305/40's have the same diameter as stock...but the 45's do look nice.

when I had 305/40's with a 2/3 drop, it rubbed (cladded).  It wasn't a lot, but it rubbed.

how about  305/45/22  with a 2/4  on a 2007 Ava . Will this work ?
Thanks  for  any input  you can give . . . .
