;D ;D Changing the Color of the Bowtie

The original idea for this came from Sim-Tech Ray. I saw his wheels at the Delaware meet in October, and I liked what he did. He told me that he used colored electrical tape to do this. Being a basically lazy sloth ;) , I came up with another way. A trip to A.C. Moore (a craft store) brought back a Sharpie permanent marker (in the closest thing to Victory Red) and, following my Kindergarten teacher's instructions to"Stay inside the Lines when Coloring", I came up with this:

They have colors that come close to everything Chevy offers, and the gold Bowtie is kind of boring. So, thanks Ray for the idea, and I'll ad my own slogan to end:
"Modding is like Shaving.......... If you don't do it every day, you're a Bum!"

That's a great mod. But for my black Z-71, I decided to accent in gold. And since the chevy logo on the wheels is gold, guess what color will stay? ;D

Do you realize just how long it will take to figure out who has the most mods at the National meet?

Great mod by the way.
