??? 20" Wheel Offset

I am going to buy a set of 20's but i need the tire under the fender due to Pa state laws. I would like to know what other's are runnig that have thier tires right at the fender line.

Look for rims you like that have a positive off set. A positive offset brings the wheels closer to the center of the vehicle. My Epic rims are a +18 and are just about flush with 285/50/20 tires. I would think a good tire shop in your area would know what is legal and what isn't.
