2002 2500 Aftermarket Exhaust Whistle

Hey, whats up everyone. Ever since i upgraded my exhaust to the 2 flowmaster 40 series the two tail pipes make a fluttering/whislte sound. I did 2 3" pipes off the rear passenger side. I have a theory that the 2 pipes are slightly angled at eachother and cause the whistle. The pipes are not angeld cust, just round cut. Any suggestions, its not that big of a deal, but its kinda odd hearing a 496cc motor whistle at its rear end

LEAK...got to be an exhaust leak.  I've had the same prob with the Magna 12599...u  just hve to find someone who know how to use a gas welder,  WELL.  Arch/wire won't do it.
