What exterior colors were offered for the first year of the Avalanche in 2002

Also, We cannot forget about Northface GREEN.  That was the color of the AVy at the car show I went to see while it was still a concept vehicle

North Face green was sage green metallic. I'd never forget that color.

Sunburst orange metallic, or SOM for short, was an available color in 2002. I'm surprised the SOM crew didn't jump on this thread long ago.

I decluttered my 02 info, but I think I saw on orange while falling in  with my summit white on the lot.

Indigo Blue Metallic*, Onyx Black, Summit White, Sunset Orange Metallic, Victory Red*, Forest Green Metallic*, Medium Sage Green Metallict, and Light Pewter Metallic.

Thanks for the info, I thought the Sunburst Orange was first introduced in 2005 but I wasn't sure if the Sunset Orange went back to 2002

Speaking as someone who bought an AV in 2002 and wanted Sunset Orange Metallic....

Sure technically the Sunset Orange was in production, but finding one (in FL anyway) was nearly impossible.

Over a few months of searching I was only able to find 2 on dealership lots that I could actually go look at and both were bare bones configurations and had virtually no options.

Ended up with Light Pewter Metallic as an alternative. Converted to SOMII in 2005 with the AV I originally really wanted (and more).

Colors available to order doesn't mean none were made other colors. I thought I saw a YELLOW '02 ? Indigo Blue was temporary, didn't dark blue start before arrival blue ?

From what I remember Indigo Blue was available throughout 2002.

For 2003 the year started off with Dark Blue, which ended and Arrival Blue picked up half way through the model year.

I also do remember some pictures of some Yellow 2002's but I don't think any official production was done in yellow.
