Here are the first pics of my 2003 2500 4x4 Av. I tried to do a good job on them but it was just too dang sunny and bright out (it was durn hot too! 110 degrees - yikes! ).

Take a look at my "Funny pics" album too while you're there.

Nice Truck. This is another truck that could have that club front plate. I think we need one.

Nice looking rig! I have to agree, for 2003, I think I prefer the dark grey. (y)

Thanks for your compliments, kind words and good wishes but...

these pictures don't show how the color really looks. Due to the bright sunlight, the Av looks almost black.

It's not black. It's not charcoal gray, well, not really. In the bright sunlight, in person, it almost has a bluish metallic color to it.

I'll take more pics when it's not as bright out and post them.

Thanks again! Happy Av-ing!

Pretty sharp!

I was really flip-floping on getting a 2500 or a 1500 z71. You must know that I don't really need all the extra goodies on either. But, I just knew that I'd be spending more on mods if I got the 2500. I was exercising restraint. That and the fact that there was only 1 2500 anywhere around in my area for sale and it was the wrong color.

You did good!

Great Av. I just picked my 1500 up two days ago with the same color. You are right, I have not yet seen any picture that shows what the color really looks like. To my eye, depending on the angle and lighting it can look almost black a lighter gray with a green tint to it.

Congrats on the new baby MMD! Your very right about the color. I looked at one in Seattle recently and noticed the same bluish metallic cast as well.
