2007 Av - Front mount intercooler pics

hey guys, here's an update.

Keep in mind this is just the mock up, but you get the idea on how it's going to be routed.
This new Av makes it so easy to mount an intercooler and routing is minimal, less bends, easier flow, etc...

The intercooler is a total of 32" and has a nice fat 4" core, and the tubing is aluminum.

We'll keep you guys updated, it should hit 500tq.

I need to change mine to a front mount, it works great where it is but, i am affriad if it getting punched off road... I know it will be a beyotch to do on the cladded truck but, i'll get it moved...
