;)i guess it depends on the offset and the tire size will make a difference. 22's might be pushing it but i have heard it could be done with little rub on a hard u turn. but check the iffset because you don't want it to stick out or tucked in too far.
i saw a fullsize pickup few days ago with 23 or 24(?) in rim with 35series tires with a bigg fender gap. it looked rediculously ugly. probably better off with stock rim for him...such a waste of money....right there and then i knew allways biger is not necessary the better. im planning 20's with lowered AV. instead of my original 22in plan.

There is an AV on 23's even and he's a member of the club.

His site is at: http://www.sounddomain.com/id/bigdubs561

What are the SPECS on the tires? ?Everyone who has tried 305's experienced rubbing. ?Some have done wheel well trimming. ?

There is a discussion of the 305 tires in this topic:
Anyone have 305/50/20s with NO RUBBING??

This is a new members AV on 22's in Fort Worth ...

You will find a couple of lowered av's on 20's on this site

:D I LIKE THOSE AVs THAT HAVE LOWERED WITH THOSE COOL WHEELS , BUT I'M MORE INTO OFF ROAD AND I'M WONDERING WHAT KIND OF OFF ROAD TIRE AND WHAT SIZE CAN FIT WITHOUT A MOD. :0:

The largest tires I have heard of that fit the Av's without modification are 285/70/17 Goodyear MT/R's that a couple of folks are using.

Here are 27s on a Caddy Escalade EXT. Pics are from the LA Auto Show.

I would give my right arm to see someone run 24's or bigger here in the tri-state area...and not bend or brake a rim.....these streets are not that forgiving.... :B:

it's hard to run 22's out here in cali. geesh you wold be amazed at how terrible the roads are.
