Air Bag Turn Off Switch

Hello everyone!
I am wondering about the air bag disconnects I see.
Do these come as an option on the AV, or are they purely dealer installed?
Can the switch be bought, and installed at home?
(Yes, I am competent )
Any prices, installation notes, etc. would be appreciated!
