Alpine M790 And Pioneer AVIC-90DVD

Do any of you know if the Alpine m790 will work with the Pioneer AVIC-90DVD? Like the left and right swivel of the alpine screen but I prefer the pioneer nav system. I would also like to add a backup camera, and a something to plug my ipod into. Will these components do this for me or will I need something else. I would like to keep the orignal factory HU.
