Alternator Issue 03's

Was it ever determined which alternator should be on the 03's. Mines a Z66 (dunno if it matters or not) with a 110.
Saw some posts a while back stating that the Z66's were to come with the larger alternator. (120V maybe?)

Most AV's 2003 are equipped with a 105 amp alternator.
The 2500 series with snow plow option are suppose to have the 145amp alternator.
They are all 12 volt DC output ( actually around 14.3 to 15.2 volts DC )
105 amps should be lots for most people...unless you have installed a number of auxiliary lights...

The 105 amp alternator should be able to handle a total wattage of about 1350 watts...
