Ambers spotted I-64

Was riding today and spotted some ambers around 3:45pm.Black Cladded Av pulling a Santa Fe camping trailer.Was heading toward St.Louis Area i think.I was the USXpress Truck Driver who flashed my 4-ways at you,and waved when you went by.

Anybody know who it was?
