Hi guys,
I looked through the past stuff and didn't seem to find my exact problem.. I have a rockford power 500db amp for my subs. Since I installed it I seem to get a high pitched noise out of it now and then. I thought it might have been the way that I installed it, so i went back, ran a new 4 gauge ground line right to it, and tightened everything else up, still comes back. I can actually push down on the amp and it will go away, sometimes i can move the ground wire a little bit and it will go away as well, I think that i have the ground nice and tight, as it was happening when i ran from the ground block that i have installed and there is never been any noise from the other amp i have.
So any suggestions on what to try to get rid of the noise, oh yeah it is not tied to the alternator at all, so when i hit the gas it dosen't change, just a constant high pitch annoying noise.
Thanks!!!!!
