Anyone able to paint a little cladding?

OK, I have a WBH and was thinking that when I remove the tailgate to do the remote tailgate lock I might remove that "random" strip of cladding on the rear tailgate and paint it.

Is there anyone out here that would be able and willing to prime and paint that 2 sq ft of cladding if I shipped it to you sanded down? If so, please PM me. I don't think the GM spray paint would be a good idea, and I know the local shops have some minimum costs and want to charge me quite a bit for the plastic primer stuff.
