Hey there. Gonna be in Austin next week for the whole week at a conference downtown. Just thought I'd see if anything was going on.

Thanks. I'll be without wheels though, so anything for me would have to be around downtown or within cab distance. Just thought someone might like to get together for dinner or something.
 
give it till Friday I'm sure someone will chime in. If i wasn't 4 hours away i would come party with you

Looks like we can get something going, I'll contact the Austin Coordinator, Handmade and our other helper Tribal AV an see if we can come up with a GTG for lunch or dinner for you.

What days are you open for dinner and /or lunch?

I'm sure we can meet for dinner one night this next week except wensday as I have to pick up the grandkids or plan for a little later.  I'm sure Larry would be up for SaltGrass or Bonedaddys.

Thanks for all the replies  :love: I will be flying into Austin tomorrow (3/25) and leaving Friday morning (3/30). I should be good for dinner any night Monday through Thursday. Lunch would be kind hard since I'm in a conference all during the day and would like to have some time to relax and chat and not have to rush back.

I'd be good with Wednesday or whatever night suites you all best. Maybe the Austin area folks can recommend some place. If it's not close to me, could someone swing by the Hilton Garden Inn and pick me up  :cheers: If anyone wants to call me, let me know and I'll PM my cell. Looking forward to it!

Yes it would have been nice. Not sure if they rebuilt it.
 
I am very flexible where we go Larry.  It was just a place my neighbor recommended I go while in Austin.  I eat out so often with my travels, it all runs together anyway.  Anytime Wednesday night is good for me as well.  I will be heading up from Northeast San Antonio.
 
OK Wednesday it is.
7:30pm to allow those coming from a ways off to make it on time.

Place: I will leave it up to our guest
Saltgrass- Great Steakhouse
Bonedaddy's- Nice scenery - Bar-B-Q
Chewy's-  Mexican Food
 
I am in for this one.  I will just drive my AVy to work on Wednesday.  TrAVelingman, we can convoy back to SA if that is ok... I live on the NE side  :cool:
