my first stop would be to the dealer. 2 months? Really? Are you really abusing it, or is it really wearing thin from normal use? I would bring it in to the dealer and make the Manager come out and look at it. Sounds to me like it is a quality issue that should be under warranty.

P.S. If you really need to, look up in the yellowpages for an Automotive Upholstery place. There is one about 20 minutes from me that will do anything, and they service ALL of the dealerships in central Massachusetts (they are the ONLY place for 50-75 miles).
