Cinder Hills has a lot of that stuff.? :D

It is so much fun exploring arizona. This place was pretty cool. There was still some snow on the san francisco peaks north of flagstaff and some snow in the shadier areas of the forest. Pywacket & Repper did the av tent this time in their av. This was their second time in it. Two other friends of ours slept in a regular tent. The temps were in the 70's during the day and it got down to 34 at night. It was nice to escape from the 90+ temps in the valley.

Here is a link to the pictures we took:

That brings back some memories, we used to go there 1-2 a summer when I was a kid. I learned to drive off road there. good times.

Excellent! That looks like a great place for a camping GTG. Nice pics!!

The place was pretty cool. Some areas were not very dirt bike friendly because the ashes were soft and deep, just like riding in a sandy wash. My quad is only 2wd and it got stuck in deep ash. Eric had to push it out.

`Can't wait `till I get my quads.. `Looks like a lot of fun! :)

So - while we were sitting around the campfire that night, I happened to notice the Ghostwheel's license plate doesn't really read AV GHOST...

It reads AVG HOST

I'm sure I'm going to pay for that comment - but couldn't pass it up :)

Repper and I had a blast out there (was our first time there).

At least the AVG HOST did not try to catch anyone on fire this time while we were sitting around the campfire.? He just tried to burn down the camp area when he first started the fire? :E: and then Ken & Glinda's tent while they were sleeping before we went to bed.? >:D

Why do we still let him play with the campfire? Why do we still following him when riding? Why, Why, Why?

Because we just haven't learned our lesson yet and because he's a half decent cook (but only an AVG HOST!)  :D

And by the time we do learn our lesson we will either be cinders (see post title) or in one big pileup (which would probably burst into flames - see post title).

And why does he always ditch me at the yellow lights?

*sigh*
