AV At Daytona

We took the AV to Daytona over the weekend to see the 500, used the tent to camp in back and loved it! :love: a number of people stopped by and were quite impressed ! a few were AV owners that will probably buy a tent for thier AV now. :B:

How much does the tent go for these days? I'm considering getting one, seeing as I plan on camping three out of the four weekends per month this season.

(we've got a camper, but this could be the "guest house")
 
Actually, Glen, (NYAVALANCHE), drove from NY to go see the 500. He went for three weeks.
It must be nice to get all that time off of work? :cautious: :cautious: :cautious:
 
I bet he was excited about that rain shortened race. I hope he had some other reason for the trip in addition to the race.
 
I would have loved to go down and watch the race...but I couldn't swing 3 weeks off....man...that must be nice....

Although the race was shortened I still enjoyed watching it on FOX....nice coverage...of all the events....

I don't suppose you folks want to know that the "standard" amount of annual leave here in Australia is 4 weeks, or that emergency services members usually get more. (y)

When I drive down to Daytona March 16 I think I will bring down some nice(hahaha) White stuff
for them. Look for my truck at the Spring Break Nats March 22-24 in Daytona. :B:
