Folks I got to visit the Avalanche Ranch is SW Colorado this past weekend
The trails on the ranch are quite ready for the AV - tighter turns designed more for a jeep - I got close to pinching myself between trees a couple of times, so we quit and went to see the rock crawling comp going on at the Ranch - WOW
The ranch also has a track for dirt bikes - they are having a race this upcoming weekend and ATV running.
Spent a lot of time chatting with Steve who owns the ranch and talked about the club and maybe having a regional or national GTG at the Ranch - he said it would be no problem, since you can camp there and there are pleanty of wide trails on BLM land beside the ranch - so something to think about for 2004.
