Avalanches that could survive a zombie apocalypse...let's see them!

Ordered my dual whips in white the other day, should be here next week.  Installed my PA speaker this week.  Feels nice yelling at idiotic drivers and them being able to actually hear it  :beating:

Nice
I think it'll soon be time for me to upgrade to a curved light bar on the roof.
Will have to modify my current light mounts to make it fit I guess.

BTW please give us a status update on the durability a few months from now.
I've got a bit of moisture in mine over the course of last winter that has been bugging me since

If you need someone to take the straight one off your hands shoot me a price and I'll see if I can swing it  (y)

Ok Wyotonka
You got first dibs on it.
I'll make it worth your  while if I decide to go that route next summer.

like if nationals land in Denver?  >:D
LOL. I meant If I decide to indeed go with the curved LED Bar.
Right now the main thing holding me back is the fact that there is no mount to put it on my truck that I can find.
As such I will need to find a reputable shop that can build one or modify my current one to fit.
If course I would need to have the light bar in hand first.

@ Dakotawilk- Doesn't that LED bar vibrate while driving?
I would assume it would do so if it is just mounted in the plastic cladding like that or did you fabricate something under the bumper I am not seeing?
If you didn't I would think it would be a good idea to do so before you see it tearing out of the bumper in the future.

Nevermind I put that in Dakotawilk's thread.

Well, that sounds like fun - my two favorite Avy's getting together at nationals for a joint un-modding, modding, re-modding session.

Hahaha...I thought this thread was about "Avalanches that could survive a zombie apocalypse" the last 20 or so replies were all about mods LOL!
In any case, I think mines could hold up pretty good against some walkers

Any one done anything with metal rear bumpers depending on what insurance does I will build on of those when I go to build my front one just have them cut and bent at the same time

MyBigToy has a metal rear bumper on his cladded 02 that looks pretty nice although not what I would call overly "offroadish".

The Canadian one earlier on this thread has one but all I know for Shure is I want steps and back up lights
