Bench seats for buckets

Hello everyone,
I am new to the board and I have a couple of question that I hope someone can help me with. I have a 03 avalanche and I want to put bucket seats to replace the bench. First question is can it be done easy. Second question is where can I find some buckets. It do not matter what color they are because I will have to redo the front and the back because I have cloth now and I want to put in leather. Thanks and I am glad I am now a member!

First to the club, what you are trying to do is a simple fix. Problems are shipping the seats and console will cost a ton, I suggest you try to find a local Junkyard or as some people call it a auto recycler.  Try http://car-part.com/ to find a local place and you can pick it up.

One more thing you will have to replace the lower dash panel by the glovebox along with the console if you don't it will leave a gap

Thanks for the info. I knew it would cost a lot of money for the seats. I am going to get someone to build me a costom console so I will let him worry about that! Thanks again for the welcome and the info I hope to post some pic of my baby soon!

If you want good seats and gm parts I found these 2 sellers on ebay where they sell brand new gm parts out of test vehicles i think.

Schrams is close to me and I have bought from them before, Norstorms I don't like them bad customer service never returned a email question so if I bought and had a problem probably would not be very good.

Yeah I emailed them about ext cladding a while back and after about 50 emails they still didnt know what I was talking about.

Just keep looking at schrams beacuase ive seen complete sets of leather seats from them. Or email them.
