billet door handles, have you????

has anyone installed these (pic)? what's all involved, how much do you have to tear up to do the install? do you like the quality, fit, finish? i'd love to have a set but, for 3 bills i'd like to get some feedback first.

They are cnc machined billet, chrome plated

i know there was a previous thread ygmn, but it was just debate on the price and mixing/matching. the question was to anyone who has them (or know someone who does) and how much is involved to install?
